Terms of use

These terms cover the company website at unitedintegratedsupportservices.com and company-level SMS from United Integrated Support Services, LLC (“UISS”, “we”, “us”). Mailing address: 7901 4TH ST N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. Contact: unitedintegratedss@gmail.com.

Individual products (CurbSnap, NudgeSnap, DrawerSnap, WinBaseline, and others we publish) may have additional store terms, licenses, or in-app terms. Where those conflict with this page on a product-specific point, the product terms control for that product.

The website

This hub describes our company and links to our products. Content is informational. We may update or remove pages at any time. Do not misuse the site (scraping that harms service, attempting to break security, or using it to send spam).

Products

Apps and downloads are offered under their own listings and licenses (for example Google Play for Android apps, and the WinBaseline site for that Windows tool). Availability, pricing, and features are described on each product’s own site or store listing. We do not promise that every product is public or finished.

Text messages

Our SMS program is for operators exchanging work messages with UISS AI agents (see SMS opt-in). It is not a customer marketing list for our apps or website. If you opt in:

• You confirm you are an authorized operator and the subscriber or customary user of that mobile number, or you have permission to opt it in.
• You agree to receive the operator/agent program messages you opted into. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel; HELP for help. You can also email unitedintegratedss@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to texts is not required to buy our products.

Intellectual property

UISS names, product names, logos, and site content belong to United Integrated Support Services, LLC or our licensors. You may not copy them for your own product or site without permission, except for ordinary personal use of the public pages.

Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties about uninterrupted access or that marketing copy will match every future build. Product warranties, if any, are stated with that product.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, UISS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or company SMS. Some states do not allow certain limits; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Florida have venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
