United Integrated Support Services is a Florida LLC. American-made and supported, disabled-veteran-owned. We design and develop the software in the United States, and proceeds from this business stay in this country. The thanks is in the work: tools that do the job on the label, and a straight account of what we collect and what we will not sell.

Our promise

The product is the business. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Contacts, photos, receipts, and notes are not a second product.

Some of our apps record how a feature is used, or send a crash report when something fails. That reporting is there so we can fix the app and see whether people can actually use what we shipped. It is not there to profile anyone for ads.

How we build

Honesty in programming means the screen matches the code. A button that says it files a receipt files a receipt. It does not also send that picture somewhere whose job is to collect people.

We do not put personal-information harvesting in the app, and we do not send that information to overseas callbacks — including services in China, or anywhere else, that exist to take data we have no reason to hand over. A network call is for the job the app described: a sign-in you asked for, a shared book you created, a read of a photo you sent, or a crash report so we can fix a break. The privacy page for that app names it.

Clean means no ulterior motive. No ad network dressed up as a utility. No quiet resale of the book you typed.

Safe with UISS

A lot of what we ship already exists somewhere else. A curb book. A due-date nag. A receipt drawer. A quieter Windows PC. We remake those jobs when we can make the version a person is willing to keep.

Trust is the edge. An app from this company should feel safe: the pitch on the site is the behavior in the file, your information is not the product, and you can read the privacy page before you install. We would rather be the plain tool you trust than the louder one with a side door.
